Business Development and Retail Officer 

The Keats-Shelley House is seeking a Business Development and Retail Officer to support the museum’s commercial offer. The role will manage the museum’s physical and online shop, including managing stock levels, sourcing new merchandise, fulfilling online orders and regularly rejuvenating the display of products. In addition, the role will lead on business development opportunities for the museum, including managing day-to-day commercial relationships, and developing the museum’s Friends and Patrons’ circles. 

Essential requirements include: an excellent level of English and Italian, experience of managing professional relationships, and a genuine passion for museum retail. 

This is a full time role, based primarily at the Keats-Shelley House, Piazza di Spagna. The salary will be €28.000.
